'To use Loquendo TTS voices in Primo you must do this. The feature TTS PRO is greyed out in sound setting of IGO, when I use the 'Natural Voices' they work fine. Works fine with igo primo Submit. I plan to upload this to a better service at some point, but for now

To control the rate:
1. go to language and input, or access the tts settings.2. under vocalizer tts, click settins for vocalizer tts.
3. the last option is 'settings'. click that.
4. therei s a speech rate multiplier. This will be a seek control. The
default is 40%. The speech can go quite fast!
